1 Why do I need to book in advance?
  Since this is an on-demand service, we recommend you book as early as possible to guarantee free seats. Check our Rates page for more details and then book on-line.
2 Where do I find the shuttle when I arrive?
- First confirm the number of the terminal in which you arrive.
- Then simply follow the chart below to find the "meeting point" in your terminal. Do not hesitate to confirm the number of your terminal with appropriate airport personnel.
There are only 3 terminals at the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris

For a departure to the airport

  We may need to change the time of your pick up . In this case we will notify you by phone, by leaving a message on your voicemail or to your hotel reception.

You must be ready a few minutes early for your pick up, downstairs in front of your building or the lobby of your hotel. A minivan will arrive in any time within 15 minutes. Please note we will call you only in emergency.
If you're late, the driver can not wait for you by respect to other passengers and of course, in this case, we will not refund.
Cancelation

For any cancellation of your reservation you will have some charges :
  - Cancellation on the same day: no refund
  - Cancellation 24 hours before the transfer: 50% refund
  - Cancellation more than 24 hours of shipment: 95% refund


3 Are your minivans non-smoking? Air-conditioned? How many seats?
  Our non-smoking, air-conditioned vans are comfortably, 8 seats, with case for luggage
4 Can your shuttle driver hold up a sign with my name when I arrive?
  We can do this, but as it is a private service, it requires a special rate. Please call the office between 6:30am-11:00pm) Paris time for more details.
5 How long will it take to get to my hotel?
  Your estimated time of transfer from CDG (based on zip code):

6 How far in advance can I change/cancel my reservation?
  We require 48 hours notice of all changes and/or cancellations.
7 What if my arriving flight is delayed and I miss my shuttle?
  So long as you arrive during our normal driving hours of 6:30am - 8:00pm , we can pick you up, but there will most likely be a wait involved
8 My departure pick-up time seems awfully EARLY/LATE. Can I reschedule it?
  We will gladly schedule to the time you wish, but once you do so, Blue Van Paris, cannot be held responsible for any mishaps due to client-requested changes.
9 My friends and I are arriving/departing from different terminals/locations, but we want to all ride in the same van. Is this possible?
  In order to do this your groups needs to work out one central location where you can all be picked up at the same time, then book under one reservation.
10 Will the shuttle take me directly to my terminal? To my hotel?
  While not all parties in the vans will be traveling to the same destinations, we only make stops to the destinations of our passengers.
11 Do you make transferes to car rental companies? Train stations? Other airports? From hotel to hotel?
  We transport anywhere from inside the 75001 to 75020 zip codes of Paris. All other areas will need to Contact us directly.
12 You've scheduled my departure pick-up time for 3 hours prior to my flight. Is this sufficient time for an international flight?
  For security reasons, most international flights require a 2-hour check-in prior to boarding.
Depending on the zip code of where you are being picked-up, we have factored this into your transport. Also, please note that Paris is a very old town with a lot of narrow streets and traffic traps that require extra time.
13 Do you provide car seats for children under 3 and what is the fee?
  While we cannot provide car seats, we strongly recommend that parents traveling with children 3 and under bring their own. Paris is a heavy traffic city with a lot of sudden stops and traps and we are concerned for the safety of the child.
(Please note that using your own car seat means taking up one adult spot, for which there is a fee.)
14 How much should I tip the Driver?
  While tipping is not required, we recommend 1 to 2 Euros per piece of luggage.
15 Do you pick-up at ROISSY?
  Yes. Roissy and CDG are the same. The full name of the airport is Roissy-Charles de Gaulle
16 The payment online is it perfectly protected ?
  All the data of your order and your payment are sent manners encrypted by protocol SSL since your computer towards Blue Van Paris Paris. Only Blue Van Paris has the key of encoding to read these data and to treat your order.

17 Why I did not receive a confirmation by e-mail as planned ?
  Check that it is not in your Spam file, before contacting us.
18 Will the shuttle take me directly to my terminal? To my hotel ?
  The shuttle will take you directly to the location you requested.
19 You've scheduled my departure pick-up time for three and a half hours prior to my flight. Is this sufficient time for an international flight?
  Most international airlines require a 2-hour check-in prior to boarding. Depending on the zip code of where you are being picked-up, we have factored this into your transport.
20 What color are your minivans?
  Our Blue Shuttles are blue with yellow writing.There are also tipical normal car with a publicity 40x40 cm, with the name of Blue Shuttle, or BLUVAN
